[ODE] Looking for developers for commiting patches to UNSTABLE

TortoiseCVS seems to be able to checkout the UNSTABLE branch with the 
following command:

cvs -q -z9 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/opende 
checkout -r UNSTABLE -P ode

I assume cvs commit -m"comment here" inside the folder would be enought to 
commit?
