[ODE] setCollider

Hi,

setCollider is writen to refuse overwriting collider callback after the
entry has been set: i think it should be great to let user enable/disable
collider for a specific simulation without having to rebuilt ODE.

Is it an issue if we add a resetColider (int i, int j,) or simply let
setCollider with  NULL as collider argument?

// setCollider() will refuse to write over a collider entry once it has

// been written.

static void setCollider (int i, int j, dColliderFn *fn)
