[ODE] 3 out of 4 contacts box->plane?

This is standard behaviour.
The box/plane collider limits it to 3.
See dCollideBoxPlane() in box.cpp

I think 3 instead of 4 contacts will improve stability.
If you really want more, change box.cpp, but I cannot predict the effect of
this.
