[ODE] Why odecpp_collision.h does not have dCylinder c++ wrapper?

 1) I did not found c++ wrapper for dCylinder : dGeom  class. Why it was not implemented where?
 2) It would be very great to make virtual setScale(a, b, c) in dGeom and appropriate redefined functions in derivative classes.

 odecpp_collision.h seems was made in haste, it is inconsistent.
