[ODE] Disabling geoms.

I forgot to describe my collision strategy :
I simply traverse throught all spaces and subspaces starting from GLOBAL space.
Something like in chapter 10.5 Collision detection  in  "Open Dynamics Engine" v0.5 User Guide.
