[ODE] How to read out a passive hinge joint Angular Velocity?

I have built a tricycle in ODE with 2 rear-drive wheel
and one front-steering wheel.
And the front wheel is passive so I did not set
parameter to the front wheel hinge joint.
When tricycle moving, the front wheel also rotating.
My question is , How can I read out the angular
velocity of the passive hinge joint/front wheel?
