[ODE] gravitational force / unstable joints

What about the CRM and the ERP of the Hinge2?
If the wheels have to be attached to the platform rigidly, what  
values are
recommandable? CRM = 1e-5 and ERP = 0.9?

That is what I guess is the last thing where I could refine the model.

I might add, that the buggy-example uses -0.5 as gravity, not -9.81.  
I already wondered about that
since I startet with ODE... why don't the examples start with  
"realistic" values?
