[ODE] Bipedal Walker

we are using ODE to simulate our bipedal walker Dexter.  You can see the
actual robot on our site anybots.com.  

The sim code is internal for now although I could inquire into whether it
could be released as open source.  It's pretty specific to our actual robot.
