[ODE] Anybody knows about good tutorials!

There are no fixed bodies, only fixed geoms (geoms with a NULL body, and 
joints attached to the NULL body).
I suggest reading the ODE documentation/manual from cover to cover, as 
it contains a lot of important information (including this bit).
