An attempt has been made to normalize a vector of length 0.
This could originate from any part of the ODE code.

I think it's about time that we start throwing exceptions,
so that we track the occurrences of these errors.

I think we should add exception code for ode 0.9

A common fix, is to run with lower time steps, lower ERPs, 
less mass variance (worlds with object of both 1kg, and 2000kg),
etc.
