[ODE] porting ODE to the 360

Are you targeting the official Xbox XDK, or an unofficial homebrew SDK, 
or the XNA framework?

XNA will have a hard time with ODE, as it's pure CLR only (managed C++ 
generates "dirty" binaries and won't work).
