[ODE] Dynamicly deform collision primitives

It's possible to dynamicly deform collision primitives?

I mean, before the simulation, modify some geoms/bodies, for example, make a box wider.

It's possible to "flat" a capsule?  I mean, to make the cross section of the capsule not a circle, but an ellipse.
