[ODE] TriMesh Data woes

The problem I'm trying to solve is not "how do I get a trimesh into 
ODE." The problem I'm trying to solve is "how can we cause less 
confusion for someone who is new to the API" (or, in my case, isn't new 
to the API, but is still confused).
