[ODE] Heightfield / ray

Hi,

I've get the latest hightfield sources, it works (no problem  with ray).

Information : 

With the latest version AND with this version, robots with cylinders as
wheels are making some short jumps sometimes. Sometimes too, cylinder wheel
is falling under the eightfield ... 
My simulator let you create an eightfield using the native heigthfield
primitive or using triangle mesh (opcode) -> those shorts jumps does not
appears with triangles mesh, and cylinders are not falling ... (i don't know
if it can help ...)

I've just applied this patch and set its status to pending - (which, in case
people are unfamiliar with the sourceforge tracker, means in
14 days it'll auto-close).

Could people please re-test with SVN revision #1175 or later to give more
test coverage - I've tested demo_heightfield only. I assume it's all fine,
but just to be certain!
