[ODE] Heightfield class movement problem

Hi

I'm using the heightfield class to generate my heightfield, however when
I move the height field to a new position it seems to move the visual
display of itself but not the original geometry and thus I get no
collision. I did this using the example code with showaabb on and it
showed that the aabb block remained in the original position. 

Does anyone know if there is a function to move both objects
simultaneously?
