[ODE] Joint RP renamed to Joint PR - "Prismatic and Rotiode"

Not sure if many people are using this joint, but:

I've just applied a patch to SVN revision #1108 to apply Remi's change
to rename JointRP to JointPR - he felt this made more sense as body 1
is connected to the prismatic and body 2 the rotiode.

I still have absolutely no idea what the joint is for, and so I am
eagerly awaiting documentation about this joint so that practical uses
can be described.
