[ODE] 0.6 rc2 on Windows

I just downloaded rc2 from SVN and opened the VC2005 project. It fails 
to build with tons of "can't find include file" errors on ode/config.h.

I understand that you actually need to copy the right config file into 
the include directory, but that's not mentioned in the build 
instructions on the Wiki: 
http://opende.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Manual_(Install_and_Use)

For now, I'm updating the Wiki. It'd be cool if we could make it build 
"out of the box" somehow; perhaps including a config file in a 
subdirectory of the project itself.
