[ODE] 0.6-RC1 is Released

Here's a quick compile/run test report:
 
MSVS 2003, using the build/vs2003/ode.sln file, DebugDLL and ReleaseDLL
build.
 
-Should add something to INSTALL to tell MSVS users to copy the
config-default.h to include/ode/config.h.
-Lots of compile warnings: "conversion from 'size_t' to 'udword',
possible loss of data.
-test_basket doesn't compile : "_isnanf identifier not found..."
-test_collision errors out : "bad n wrt p1"
-test_crash, well, crashes: "stack overflow"
-test_ode errors out during dTestSolveLCP(): "A*x = b+w, maximum
difference = 3.433228e-005"
 
Overall, looks pretty good!  Nice work.

	Both source and Win32 binary packages. If someone can tell me
the right way to build a Linux binary I will do that too. At some point
I need to look into the SF.net compile farm to see if I can build the OS
X port there.
	
	For the sake of Getting Something Done I made some assumptions.
