[ODE] 0.6 Release

Actually, all *was* OK until I updated from SVN this afternoon. After  
a long build, it craps out on:

/bin/sh: line 1: -DHAVE_CONFIG_H: command not found
make[2]: *** [libfast_a-fastldlt.o] Error 1

make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

( I tried the usual, rebuild from autogen.sh, followed by ./configure  
--enable-release )
