[ODE] 0.6 Release

I just got yet another email from someone struggling with the 0.5
release. Is there any reason why I couldn't go ahead and make an 0.6
release? I know that work is going into the documentation, etc. but I
am increasingly of the opinion that we should release something NOW,
followed by a regular series of releases going forward, rather than
holding off while we continue to "clean".

Thoughts?
