[ODE] Trimesh vs Convex Hull

I would definitely say go for it. Its going into unstable so no worries
about it being incomplete. Whoever finds time will be able to look at the
code and hopefully contribute towards it. I would suggest you put links to
any reference research articles/papers directly in the comments of the code
(header file) so anyone interested in implementing it can have a good
starting point.
