Great - works perfectly for standard trimesh-trimesh collision (without 
inverting winding, now).

No, I havn't. But I noticed the above patch does not regard another 
problem: When switching on temporal coherence the bodies get NaN 
posistions after some collisions - still have to figure out more details...
