[ODE] simulation speed is very variable

i understood i use dStepWorld which is slow
but now i use dWorldQuickStep, but my cubes are still "bouncing" on the 
ground! they never stop!
how to stop them? i even set AutoDisable flag to true, but they're still 
bouncing.
