[ODE] Updating documentation

Hi,
Good work!  If you need clarification in exactly what each function 
does, let me know. 

Regarding doxygen, I have high regard for it, but I don't think its 
necessary for ode.  The current doc (if it can be resurrected) is quite 
good, and the API is very stable at this point.
