Thanks, your work is appreciated. This release will contain gimpact
but opcode will still be the default trimesh engine. Hopefully getting
an official release out there will get more people looking at it
though.

I will go ahead and make a release candidate as soon as I get a
moment, and then we can sort things out from there.
