[ODE] cylinder woes

this error is caused by too much contactpoints, try to use a higher 
value for the "flags"-parameter (this is the max contactpoint count) for 
dCollide(...).
I don't know, if the error comes from the cylinder/box collider, but if 
yes, it is difficult to fix this.
the collider function looks very strange to me.
