Are you using DirectX? If so, you might want to force the FPU
precision: http://opende.sf.net/wiki/index.php/FAQ#I_use_DirectX.2C_and_it_seems_like_ODE_has_switched_to_single-precision.21

There are a number of threads in the list archives discussing
repeatable simulations, you might want to dig around. A few people
have reported success in very controlled environments.
