[ODE] Hinge based rope doesn't move

Hinges should be fine, but consider two things:

1.) You probably want a bal joint connecting it to the world - or two
hinge joints close to eachother.

2.) Alternative the DOF of the hinge joints per joint.  Have one joint
bend about the x axis, the next about the z, the next about the x, etc
(assuming Y up).
