[ODE] dHeightfield collider

I haven't touched the collider functions at all (nor do I pretend to understand them), but from what
I understood it utilizes the ray and plane colliders. Maybe I missed some code?

Either way, the mentioned primitives do behave differently, and the way they should, in all the
tests I ran.
