[ODE] Nightly snapshot?

It seems SourceForge has a Snapshot service that can create nightly
snapshots of the subversion repository. From the docs, they explicitly
want projects to use that system rather than posting our own
occasional tarballs. The project admins must explicitly request this.

Shouldn't the ODE project implement this?
