I added test_basket to the premake script and regenerated all of the
VS.NET project files. I also got rid of the thousands of build
warnings reported by VS.NET, and fixed the segfault too (you have to
destroy your geoms *before* called dWorldDestroy...I ran into this
same problem a couple of weeks ago).
