[ODE] body id of 0

I wanted to connect a body (B) to the static world so I created a joint 
between B and 0. But it didn't work : it connected B to the first body (A) I 
create in my simulation. After that I discovered A had the body id of 0. It 
can't be possible, is it ? I thought only the static world had the 0 id.
