[ODE] Materials, Collision

In the collision callback, where you create the contact joints, you have 
to examine the two bodies/geoms that collide, and set the joint 
parameters according to what you think the material interaction is. 
Materials could, for example, be hung off the geoms as geom userdata 
pointers.
