[ODE] Novodex demoes

Yup, I have seen it long time ago. have you pepped up
the models and graphics?
Novodex's Truck Track and Truck Terrain are a real
pleasure to try out. The only problem I saw when you
hit '5' to speed it up. Then the physics appear wrong.
I think they simply run the simulation faster, not the
truck.
