[ODE] ODE for D

Hi!

It seems like I managed to use ODE from Digital Mars D (a fast and
convenient programming language). D can link with C libraries so I
didn't have to write much of a wrapper, just get over some obstacles.
I now have a subset of boxstack working (only boxes fall and there's
no drawstuff, just a quick opengl based rendering) and that makes me
quite happy (it's the first time I used either D or ODE).

Once this binding matures a bit I'll put it up somewhere, until then
just mail me if interested.
