[ODE] Limiting linear and angular velocity

I'm quite sure there was a way to set the maximum linear and angular
velocity bodies could take (in my case, when an objects collides with
another one at high speed, the movable object starts spinning too fast).
However, I can't find it in the documentation or the headers - anyone
know what functions am I talking about?
