[ODE] Ball joints

I think I see what's going on now. I think what I'm asking it to do 
would require a constant change of angular velocity, which can't happen 
unless I apply a constant force. So naturally the bodies rotate in ways 
I didn't expect.

What I was trying to do was use a ball joint to represent the human 
neck, but I was having no luck getting stops and amotors to work so I 
could control it at all. At this point I think I'll just use a 
universal/hinge combo. I'm sure it's not the best solution, but I think 
it'd be easier to control.
