[ODE] Finding position of joint

Hi,

I'm guessing this is just a simple question but I couldn't find the answer 
anywhere in the documentation or a search through the mailinglist archives.

Is there a dJoint equivalent of dBody's dBodyGetPosition? That is, given two 
bodies connected by a joint, what's the way to return the position in world 
space at which they are connected?
