[ODE] latest UNSTABLE problems

Hi,

I couldn't compile the latest cvs checkout because of some conflicts.

config/makefile.unix-gcc (unknown reason)
ode/src/misc.cpp (Apparently someone changed to c++ style comments)
ode/src/quickstep.cpp:358 (unknown reason)
ode/src/collision_trimesh_internal.h:29 (something with trimeshes and convex 
hulls)

Is there something wrong with the patches in the UNSTABLE branch or did I make 
an error when I checked out ode from cvs?

After I resolved the above conflicts I could compile ode and run the tests. I 
haven't enabled trimesh support.

I checked out with:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/opende co -P -j 
UNSTABLE ode
