If I remember correctly, there is a script in that doc directory that
does the formatting. It is a custom tool, written by Russ I think.
When I get a moment I will see if I can figure it out and put some
help on the wiki.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to convert it to Doxygen or similar though.
