[ODE] RC-servo modeling

hi,

ODE built-in motor capability is actually a reasonable model of a servo.
just find out the maximum torque that your servos can exert and plug that
number into ODE. set the desired motor velocity to be linear to the
position error within a small range of the target, and clamped outside
that.
