[ODE] XODE - should angles be in degrees or radians?

Hi,
 From a "schema" stand of point I don't mind, given
the fact that either kind can be any floating number
all is needed is to check that whatever attribute
which flags it as radians or degrees has the right
valid values.

 From a "user" stand of point this can ease the usage
of XODE by people which does not know radians, which
is  a good idea.

 I'm vote for it,
