[ODE] Exploding Model

Hi, I made a model of a human body using 15 segments of boxes and used ball 
hinges for the joints. I tried to make if fall from a height of 1000 but 
when it reaches the ground, all of the parts just explodes into pieces. How 
do I avoid that. I have a theory that the engine already can't compute for 
it since the forced experienced is so extreme.
