[ODE] collision problems

Hi Mike,

   Check the following:
         1) Did you call dSpaceCollide in your simloop?
         2) Did you create geom for what-should-be-collided objects?
         3) Check the parameters of geom

   You should stick to the sample code distributed along with ODE. I
   think they are simple and intuitive.
