[ODE] error with flat cylinder - trimesh collision

    That's what I acknowledged when porting Croteam collider to ODE. I
    had give detail description in the code.
    Right now I'm too busy with other thing but I would definitely
    work on ODE's colliders again when it's possible. (I especially
    interested in PSCL in ODE)
