[ODE] New ODE snapshot available.

A new snapshot of the ODE development tree is available at:
http://icculus.org/~aspirin/ode/

This is not an official release.

This incorporates many fixes and changes since ODE 0.039 in many
areas, particularly in TriMesh geoms.  Users are encouraged to test
this snapshot and report regressions (and most especially to submit
fixes and/or use CVS to pin down the date of regression!).
