[ODE] Performance comparisons between different physics engines..

Wow, the Meqon engine seems really stable.

Even if a ragdoll is thrown against the wall a few times some boxes fall but 
the wall remains stable. No little jittering like a get with ODE.

I would be really nice to have such stability in ODE. Now I can only achieve 
that by disabling bodies. But then you get things like the lower part of a 
wall collapsing while the upper part hovers in the air.
