Hello,

additon to few previous messages on mesh to mesh contacts

so
http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/DEEP/ is a package atop swift++ which computes in additon to contacts the respective depth penetrations.
( papers describing approach are there as well)

also ( though sent to Nguyen already one more link...)
