[ODE] ode 0.5 release build doesn't produce lib

Hello all,

I used to know how to get this problem fixed but doing a lot of linux
recently , it looks like I forgot the solution.

I have built ode 0.5 from sources with Visual C++.Net and the debug
build has produced the .lib as well as the .dll. The release build
only generates a dll.

Does anybody know how to fix this ?
