Note that Havok networking, in general, is based on sending full state 
updates. Nothing wrong with that, if you have the bandwidth -- Second 
Life allegedly use Havok, in a broadband environment. However, if you 
want to run on modems, you may wish to structure your physics and 
networking code differently. Neither ODE nor Havok is a great fit in 
that regard, really.
